What Is Leather List?
Leather List (“L L”) is a Federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit which owns & operates LeatherList.org and is based in Seattle, Washington.
Has LeatherList.org recently changed?
Yes. In 2018 the site was involved in fundraising for 44 nonprofits that support Leather people and cultures. The site recently changed focus to providing free, updated resources.
How does L L support Radical/Sex-positive life, the core of Leather culture?
L L supports Sex Positive Centers (SPCs) that are 501(c)(7) non-profit corporations. The centers must sponsor on-site, in-person BDSM/Kink, consent and other classes. Eeducation must be available to members, and eligible public. Classes may be programmed through a separate nonprofit or foundation.
Does L L have resources for Leather people?
Absolutely yes! Both nationally and locally, people can refer to our Resources pages such as Leather clubs, annual events, sex-positive event calendars and sex positive centers.
What sort of business is Leather List?
L L is a service to Leather people & cultures. It began as a not-for-profit business but has transitioned to a private enterprise.
